Construction of a 10,000 Seater Stadium with a complete natural grass football pitch, with concrete hard surface running track, VIP Pavillion complete with a Presidential Suite, 2000 Vehicle Parking facility, driveways, storm and foul water drainage system, utility buildings and associated services.
Phase I was completed in 86 Days.
